— Develop/generate/collect leads via cold search, additional tools, email and social media.
— Build and cultivate relationships by initiating communication with past clients, current clients, and prospects.
— Manage data for new and prospective clients with CRM ensuring all communication and information is accurate.
— Manage company’s UpWork profile, searching for new jobs within it, and communicating with potential and existing prospects and customers.
— Contacting potential customers via email chain campaigns, phones, etc.
— Working collaboratively in a team environment and independently.
— Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
— Strong networking abilities.
— Excellent communication, interpersonal, telephone, and organizational skills.
— Knowledge of lead generation processes, tools, methods.
— Intermediate English or higher.
— High analytical and communication skills.
— Organized and result-oriented.
