We built a new solution with Salesforce in the center. What we did

Phase 1

We built a new website with responsive web design, using the Javascript front-end framework, sitting on top of PHP. The site features a product catalog with filters and allows customers to add items to shopping carts and fulfill orders. We chose Heroku as the hosting services to provide an easily scaled web solution.

Phase 2

The site is tightly integrated with Salesforce. Every inventory listing, user information like Name, Address, Account, etc. and website activity is synced with Salesforce so that the sales department can track the users’ operations and react to what they are showing interest in.

Phase 3

Checkout has been done using a Credit Card & Check with the help of PayPal API on the website. The corresponding payment records are automatically sent and saved within the Salesforce platform.
